After booking, your service is secured. We'll reach out by call or text to confirm details, ensure everything is prepared, and address any questions prior to your visit.

When and how do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due after your cleaning is completed. You may pay on-site at the time of service, or we can email an invoice that can be paid securely online for your convenience.

How is the price for my cleaning determined?

We price based on your home's actual size and layout — square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and floors. Enter your address in our quote tool and we look up your home's details automatically, so you get an accurate price in under two minutes. No vague ranges, no surprise fees.

Do recurring customers get a discount?

Yes. Recurring customers receive a reduced rate compared to one-time cleans. The more frequently you schedule, the better the rate. Your quote tool will show the exact price for each schedule option side by side.

What is included in a standard recurring clean?

Every recurring visit includes: kitchen (countertops, stovetop, sink, appliance exteriors), all bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors), dusting and vacuuming throughout, mopping hard floors, making beds, and trash removal. For the full checklist, see our Signature Recurring Clean page.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean covers all the regular surfaces and high-traffic areas. A deep clean adds the detail work: inside appliances, grout scrubbing, ceiling fans, window sills, inside cabinets, baseboards scrubbed, and more. We recommend a deep clean as your first visit so we can get everything to baseline.

Is a deep clean required for first-time service?

A deep clean is not always required. However, if your home has not been professionally cleaned recently or has noticeable buildup, we may recommend a deep clean to establish a strong baseline before ongoing service.

Are interior appliances included in standard cleaning?

Microwaves are included as part of our standard recurring clean. Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are available as optional add-ons due to the additional time required.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes, we're happy to clean homes with pets. For safety and efficiency, we ask that pets be secured or kept separate from cleaning areas during service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — many of our customers provide a key or entry code and go about their day. If you prefer to be home, that's completely fine too. Your comfort and confidence in our team is what matters most.

How do you handle home access and security?

Many clients provide door codes, lockbox access, or entry instructions at booking. All access information is kept private and used only for your scheduled cleaning service.

A quick tidy helps us focus on cleaning rather than organizing — put away loose items from floors and countertops if you can. Secure any pets and ensure we have access to the home. Beyond that, leave the rest to us.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes — we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and professional-grade equipment. If you prefer we use specific products due to allergies or preferences, let us know in your booking notes and we'll accommodate where possible.

How are your team members vetted?

Every member of our cleaning team passes a thorough background check before their first visit. We also verify references and conduct in-person interviews. Our team is fully insured and bonded, so you're protected in the unlikely event of an accident or damage.

What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything was missed or didn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no charge. We stand behind every single visit.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Life happens — we understand — and we'll work with you to find the best new time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee to compensate the team for their reserved time.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homes across Denton County and nearby communities including Flower Mound, Argyle, Northlake, Bartonville, Double Oak, Coppell, Lewisville, Robson Ranch, and Southwest Denton. If you're outside these areas, submit a quote and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.
