These Terms of Service govern your use of cleaning services provided by Cross Timbers Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") and your use of the crosstimbersclean.com website. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Cross Timbers Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Denton County, TX and surrounding areas. The specific services, frequency, and scope are as described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any location or customer at our discretion.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request online does not constitute a confirmed appointment. We will contact you within one business day to confirm availability and scheduling. A booking is confirmed only upon our explicit confirmation via phone or email.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid on the day of service may incur a late fee. We do not require advance payment for initial bookings.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost to compensate our team for reserved time.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for a deposit on future bookings.
5. Access to Your Home
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee.
You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or personal items of particular concern prior to our arrival.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean the identified area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to work performed by our team during the scheduled visit; it does not apply to pre-existing conditions, areas outside the scope of the booked service, or issues reported after 24 hours.
7. Liability
Our team is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning visit, contact us immediately and we will assess and address the situation. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the value of the cleaning service performed.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items damaged due to inherent fragility not disclosed to us, or damage caused by conditions outside our control.
8. Website Use
You may use this website for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about our services and obtain a quote. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to submit false bookings or interfering with the website's operation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
